A Guide Thailand time to decide ...

Thailand has a tropical climate with another station of the monsoon, which means that all the time of year you visit, there will may be hot and humid and wet. There are three seasons in Thailand - cool season from November to February, hot season from March to May and rainy (monsoon) By June to October. The heat, humidity and rainfall vary greatly depending on where you are traveling and what time next year.

North

Chiang Mai and the rest of the northern region of Thailand have colder, mild climate throughout the year. In the cold season, the peaks are on average in the low 80s (Fahrenheit), but the lowest average dip down into the 60s and even lower in the mountains, making it the only region in Thailand, in which wants, needs a sweater from!

Hot season temperatures can easily reach the mid-90s or more during the day. There is not much cooler at night either to make, despite the higher elevations in some areas more bearable than in the rest of the country.

The rainy season is less rain than in other parts of the country, but still be monsoon storms dramatic and intense, especially in September, the wettest month of the year.

Bangkok and Central Thailand

The South

If you live in the West, where Phuket and other destinations in the Andaman coast, the rainy season starts earlier, in April and lasts until October. If you are in the East, where Koh Samui and other destinations in the Gulf Coast are taking place, the rainfall from October to January.
